How to Join
- 1. Hosting SG meetings with students
- 2. Ushers at UB Graduation

- 4. Advertising various student events (Eg. Relathon, Sports Games, etc)
- 5. Ensuring major notices are communicated to students

- 1. Sign up!: Visit Student Affairs at Admin Building or email vquetzal@ub.edu.bz
- 2. Campaign!: (April 20 - May 2, 2017)
- 3. Vote!: Look out for voting day on May 3, 2017!
- 4. Swearing in: Make an offical pledge and take a group picture with the new SG members.
- 5. Training:
You may need to come to a meeting with the Dean of Student Affairs (Dr. Perriott)
for acknowledging your role as outlined in the Constitution of SG.
In the case of SenFST, you will be contacted after May exams to attend specific training sessions.
- 6. Plan at least one project!: Write out at least one major proposal where you will introduce a new development at UB during your duration as an SG member!
- 7. Participate in organizing UB or SG events!: Be sure to attend SG meetings and contribute to your university by helping out as much as you can!
- 8. Diligently work on your Major Project(s): Presevere! Make your lasting contribution or change to UB as your ultimate legacy!
- 9. Record all activities monthly: All SG members must compile a report of their activities, meetings and contributions during events for each month in office, and submit a final report at the end of their duration.
- 10. Enjoy your time serving students, and take advantage of certain perks!: You are able to access the SG office and use stationery supplies, as well as enjoy particular extras in certain events! You are also invited to more special meetings with authorities and can contribute to making impactful changes for students at UB.
