Make the Most of Technology! Although technicalities in using a PC can be quite frustrating, we should all try to explore more of the tools (applications/software) that can enhance productivity each time you use your computer. Here is a list of applications that I highly recommend trying out, because you never know when you'd need them!- Snipping Tool: If you have a Windows computer, or Windows OS, the Snipping Tool is a simplistic application which can crop out what you select on your screen! Just search "Snipping Tool" in your Search bar.
- LICE Cap:This is an easy to use, small program which can record your screen shots and save the animation as a GIF!

You can assign various tasks to group members who are added to groups in Asana. However, it can only be used online.[/li] Use Asana here.
[li] Mendeley: This is a lifesaver organizer of journal articles! It can also generate citations and bibliographies (if you install the free MS Word Plugin).[/li] However, still be cautious about certain uncommon references, such as unpublished thesis or reports, because Mendeley uses a specific form generator to make the citations. Moreover, make sure you enter the article details correctly! Get Mendeley here.[li] [/li] [li] [/li] [li] [/li] [li][/li] [/ul]
